Dialysis Center Manager, Home Therapy

Role Overview The Center Manager (CM) is essential for ensuring operational excellence and leading a high-performing, compassionate team in a dialysis clinic. The CM oversees patient care and treatment quality, working closely with staff, physicians, and other stakeholders to deliver patient-centered services that enhance quality of life. Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain high standards of patient care and treatment Lead and mentor staff to foster professionalism and morale Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless operations Educate staff on best practices and continuous improvement Uphold a high standard of compassion and patient engagement Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 1 year RN experience, with 6 months in hemodialysis preferred Management or supervisory experience is a plus Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred Current RN license in the applicable state or in accordance with NCL rules Key Attributes Patient-centric with a focus on holistic care Goal-oriented and proactive in environment improvement Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Committed to making a positive impact on patients' lives and staff development
