Responsibilities
- Performs CT and routine diagnostic radiology procedures under the direction of a Radiologist.
- Supervises and trains students and imaging personnel assigned to the department.
- Ensures proper operation of imaging equipment by initiating repairs and maintenance requests as needed.
- Presents images to the Radiologist for interpretation using PACS systems.
- Fulfills safety guidelines and upholds the Radiology Mission Statement in all interactions.
Requirements
- Able to use PACS, RIS, CR, and DR systems.
- CPR certification required.
- Active ARRT license.
- Competent in all routine diagnostic procedures, including but not limited to: Routine, Fluoroscopic, OR, Trauma, Portable radiographs or fluoroscopy.
- Minimum of 6 months of documented CT experience preferred.
- ARRT registered and completed an approved Radiology Technologist program.
Schedule
Full Time (36-40 hrs Per Week) Sunday-Saturday Days/Swing shifts/Some Holidays/ Surgery Shifts/Hospital and Clinic Shifts 4x10's - variable shifts
