About the role
This facility is seeking a Diagnostic Radiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Situated between Denver and Calgary, Billings is the county seat of Yellowstone County. The city offers residents the beautiful scenery that Montana is known for, not to mention a wide range of outdoors activities for those who are so inclined. The city boasts many natural and regional points of interest, including Pompey's Pillar, Pictograph Cave and the Yellow Stone Art Museum. Sports fans will be right at home in Billings, with Pioneer League baseball and Tier III hockey options.
Responsibilities
- Provide diagnostic imaging services via telehealth, inpatient, and outpatient settings.
- Interpret studies across modalities: Computed Tomography (CT), X-Ray, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Positron Emission Tomography (PET).
Requirements
- Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
- Active Montana medical license.
- Credentialing process expected to take approximately 90 days.
Skills
- Proficiency in CT, X-Ray, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and PET imaging.
- Ability to work effectively in a locum tenens telehealth and clinical environment.

Pay
$291.00 - $315.00 per hour (locum tenens rate).
Schedule
Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM‑6:00 PM; no nights, weekends, or call.
