About the Role

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a mission-minded, compassionate, fellowship-trained radiologist to join our thriving and community-focused practice in Manchester, Kentucky—a picturesque, welcoming town nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. This position is based at AdventHealth Manchester but is part of the larger AHMG Radiology team, the largest practice in Central Florida, with over 200 radiologists providing approximately 3 million exams annually through a large referral base.

Responsibilities

• Support all facilities under one PACS system, based in Manchester, Kentucky.
• Meet RVU requirement of 56.5 per shift.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences, clinical research, resident education, and maintain affiliation with the University of Central Florida and Florida State College of Medicine (ideal for those transitioning from academics while maintaining subspecialty, high-quality reads).

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Certified with the American Board of Radiology (ABR).
• Eligible for Florida Medical License.
• Background in mammography and/or IR is a plus but not required.

Pay

Extremely competitive compensation of $600K to $1M++ with uncapped earning potential, including production, quality, and sign-on bonuses.
