About the role

Platt College Los Angeles seeks an experienced Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS) Instructor to provide quality instruction to students meeting program and course objectives. The ideal candidate should maintain an organized, disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning and impart the requirements of the relevant workplace setting.

Responsibilities

Requirements

- At least four (4) years of experience as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. - Active RDMS certification in two of the following three specialties: Abdomen, OB/GYN or RVT – must be in good standing. - A minimum of an AA/AS degree in a related subject area from an accredited college (Associates level instructors). - A minimum of a BA/BS degree in a related subject area from an accredited college (Bachelors level instructors).

Pay

Compensation Range: $72,800 - $85,000/year
