About the role

Diagnostic Imaging Tech I operates x-ray equipment to perform routine radiographs across various radiology areas, including Orthopedic Clinic, Fluoroscopy, and Operating Room procedures, utilizing c-arm and other imaging tools under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operates x-ray equipment to perform routine radiographs across Orthopedic Clinic, Fluoroscopy, and Operating Room procedures.
• Utilizes c-arm and other imaging tools under the supervision of Radiologists, Supervisors, and Lead Technologists.
• Ensures adherence to established practices and maintains responsibility for daily department operations.
• Performs imaging procedures, supports department functions, and may work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations across multiple campuses.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program approved by CAHEA/JERCT.
• ARRT certified and licensed by the State of Vermont.
