About the Role
Lead day-shift operations of the imaging department, overseeing radiology workflows, staffing, quality, and regulatory compliance. Manage technologists and support staff, coordinate with physicians and nursing teams, and ensure safe, efficient imaging services. Oversee budget, radiation safety, and performance improvement initiatives while optimizing PACS/RIS systems to enhance imaging operations.
