About the Role
The primary function of this position is to analyze and optimize business processes that improve the customer experience. You will collaborate primarily with customer service and technical support to understand business transactional process requirements and implement solutions to improve quality and delivery. This role also requires collaboration with other areas of the business—such as operations, logistics, finance, supply chain, IT & business intelligence, sales operations, and commercial teams—to analyze process and data requirements both upstream and downstream before implementing solutions.
Responsibilities
