Essential Responsibilities And Duties
- Responsible for proper operation of imaging and specialty equipment.
- Operates Dexa scanners and related imaging equipment safely and effectively in accordance with established protocols.
- Explains procedures to patients to reduce their anxiety and obtain patient cooperation.
- Makes sure patients are comfortable during the procedure and checks for any adverse reactions.
- Acquires, processes, and photographs optimum exams for diagnostic interpretation.
- Provides more complex technical care necessary to meet identified patient needs.
- Assists with performing and planning multiple diagnostic procedures in appropriate time sequence as outlined in study protocol.
- Completes all aspects of patient care documentation as required per study.
- Enters procedures in research systems such as Clinical Conductor.
- Prepares and maintains records and reports.
- Operates all equipment, and supports and ensures strictest adherence to best practices, FDA Code of Federal Regulations, ICH (International Conference on Harmonization), GCP (Good Clinical Practices), CenExel standard operating procedures, site working Practices, protocol, and company guidelines and policies.
Qualifications
- Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to insert and IV and perform phlebotomy.
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience.
- Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
Pay
$40.00-$50.00/hr (Depending on education, experience, and skillset)
Schedule
Indoor, Clinic environment. Lightly active position, occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds. On site work arrangement.
