About the role
Keller is seeking an outgoing, self-motivated, knowledgeable, organized, and positive Dewatering Technical Manager to join our Rockaway, NJ office. The role involves all aspects of construction dewatering, including estimating, proposal writing, dewatering design development, client relations, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Estimating and proposal writing for construction dewatering projects
- Designing temporary construction dewatering systems
- Developing client relations and driving business development
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in geology, civil engineering, construction management, or a similar field
- Ability to size and design temporary dewatering systems
- Estimating and proposal writing experience
- Minimum 5-10 years of progressively relevant experience in construction dewatering, groundwater treatment, environmental, or geotechnical construction
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong judgment and decision-making abilities
- Analytical, detail-oriented, flexible, adaptable, and a team player

Pay
Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000. Actual salary will be based on relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location, or other factors permitted by law.
