DevSecOps Manager

About the role

We are seeking a DevSecOps Manager to lead a multi-discipline engineering team in overseeing complex software development projects. The role involves managing technical, cost, and schedule aspects throughout the full engineering lifecycle—from design to implementation—while ensuring standards compliance.

You will also handle personnel management tasks such as performance assessments, career development, staffing, and addressing program milestones and contract issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-discipline engineering team in delivering complex software development projects.
• Manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects across the full engineering lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with industry and organizational standards.
• Conduct performance assessments and support team career development.
• Oversee staffing, program milestones, and contract-related issues.
• Engage with stakeholders using strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or a related field.
• 8+ years of engineering experience.
• Proven leadership in large development teams.
• Expertise in Agile, DevSecOps, and Digital Transformation.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
