DevSecOps Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines integrating DevSecOps best practices and automation.
- Implement security controls (SAST, SCA, DAST, container scanning) across development workflows.
- Collaborate with development, platform, and security teams to enforce compliance and secure-by-design principles.
- Manage infrastructure as code and automate environment provisioning using tools like Terraform.
- Maintain developer toolchains and contribute to continuous improvement of DevSecOps processes and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in DevSecOps, cloud engineering, or secure software delivery.
- Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and security tools (SAST, DAST, container scanning).
- Proven experience in implementing secure DevOps practices, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and pipeline security.
Pay
Rate Range: $55/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
