Responsibilities
- Work with DevOps and Tools and Application Development Team Lead to define application and integration development processes
- Configure and support cloud based Atlassian tools
- Develop tooling and processes to increase automation of development and adherence to security and audit systems and controls
- Implement strategies for improving or further leveraging DevOps processes and tools
- Monitor system availability and performance within agreed upon timelines
- Resolve issues, alerts, and incidents based on predefined service level agreements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, computer science, math, or other science field required, advanced degree in a related field preferred
- Experience in DevOps and related technologies such as GitHub, Jenkins, PowerShell scripting, Ansible, and Artifactory
- Prefer coming from an AppDev background to understand the entire DevOps pipeline
- Must be a DevOps role today, not just having done DevOps
