DevOps Manager (Azure)

For our client, a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space, we are seeking a DevOps Manager (Azure) to join their team. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a manufacturing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a talented DevOps team, fostering collaboration and improvement
• Define and execute the Azure DevOps strategy aligned with business goals
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using modern tooling
• Drive modernization of applications in a cloud-first setting
• Partner with engineering teams to enhance reliability and scalability
• Implement Infrastructure as Code to manage cloud resources
• Build CI/CD pipelines for data analytics solutions
• Advance DevSecOps and automate workflows for AI/ML deployments
• Optimize cloud performance and ensure compliance with best practices
• Act as a technical leader and escalation point across teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Deep expertise in Azure DevOps and CI/CD automation
• Proven background in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, etc.)
• Knowledge of cloud security and DevSecOps principles
• Strong communication skills with cross-team influencing capability
• A track record of mentoring high-performance teams

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
