About the role
Develops and executes a Development Operations (DevOps) strategy to ensure quality software deployments and configuration changes. The goal is to exceed customer expectations and become a key partner for decision-making, envisioning and developing a value-added IT landscape in a diverse, trusting, and fun environment.
Responsibilities
- Develops and executes a DevOps strategy to ensure quality software deployments and configuration changes.
- Collaborates with business stakeholders to gather requirements and support solution design.
- Maintains technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
- Supports system upgrades, testing cycles, and release activities.
- Maintains technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
- Contributes to process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Participates in WorkForce Management releases, twice per year.
- Validates impacts, tests, and communicates changes in the environment.
- Solves problems within a defined scope using established tools and practices.
- Works independently on assigned tasks with general guidance.
- Contributes to team deliverables and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Science, Computer, Information Systems or similar discipline with 4 years of related experience, OR an AA with 6 years experience, OR 8 years of related experience in lieu of degree, is required.
- Working knowledge in WorkForce Management – modules for payroll, time and attendance, business Process configuration including integrations.
- Must possess technical knowledge to be able to work with other integration teams, including third party vendors.
- In-depth knowledge of union contracts, different payrules, time and attendance and payroll life cycle, including production support.
- Demonstrated ability to take a creative and resourceful approach to solving problems.
- Exceptional Candidates Might Have Problem solving, lean methodologies and continuous Improvement certification and or +5 years of experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on documentation.

Pay
Starting salary range of $95,000.00 - $121,000.00 USD Pay Offered Dependent On Knowledge, Skills, And experience

Hybrid (4 days per week in-office / 1 day remote).
