Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software engineering and manufacturing teams to support and maintain infrastructure used to monitor and manage 3D printing systems
- Partner with customers to deploy, troubleshoot, and support installations of company software in production environments
- Work closely with the software team to build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, machine learning workflows, and related infrastructure
- Cook with IT to provision, configure, and maintain servers, CI agents, and other critical systems
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Python for automation, tooling, and infrastructure development
- Prominent ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including engineering, manufacturing, IT, and customers
- Deep experience with diverse systems and technologies, including cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), operating systems (Linux, Windows, macOS), CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins), distributed systems, build systems (e.g., CMake), and databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
- Strong understanding of IT and cloud security best practices, including access control, network security, and secure system design
