About the role
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration platforms, and observability stacks for Skygate Advisors clients across diverse technology environments.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for client engineering teams
- Design and manage EKS and ECS container orchestration platforms
- Implement comprehensive observability and alerting stacks
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
- Conduct platform performance assessments and produce recommendations
- Help clients adopt GitOps and DevOps best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years DevOps or platform engineering experience
- Strong proficiency with Kubernetes (EKS preferred) and Docker
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline
- Proficiency with Terraform or Pulumi for infrastructure-as-code
- Experience with observability tools (DataDog, Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch)
- Scripting proficiency in Python or Bash
- AWS DevOps Engineer certification a plus
