DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.
• Write, manage, and maintain Terraform scripts to provision and manage cloud infrastructure in Azure.
• Partner with engineering and compliance teams to uphold our SOC 2 Type 2 and HITRUST compliance requirements — including documentation, evidence collection, and control implementation.
• Monitor system health, respond to incidents, and improve platform reliability and observability.
• Establish and enforce DevOps best practices across the team.
• Mentor engineers on infrastructure and deployment workflows.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with Azure (compute, networking, storage, IAM) and exposure to AWS.
• Proficiency building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar)
• Strong experience writing and managing Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tooling
• Familiarity with SOC 2 Type 2 and/or HITRUST compliance frameworks
• Strong communication skills and work ethic
• Comfort working across security, engineering, and operations functions
• Familiarity with .NET Core and React/Typescript a plus
