DevOps Engineer

About the role

This is a hybrid role based in Denver, CO with the expectation to be in the office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the continuous and timely delivery of application releases supporting business-critical services
• Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment consistency and efficiency
• Aid in managing cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments
• Contribute to infrastructure as code (IaC) implementations
• Help build and maintain automated release pipelines for packaging, testing, and deployment
• Support system monitoring through dashboards, metrics, and logging tools
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and architecture teams to support reliable and scalable solutions

Requirements

• Must have experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, or DevOps practices
• Must have knowledge of Azure DevOps Pipelines or similar tools
• Must have experience with Windows Server or Linux administration
• Must have Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar) experience
• Must have experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable)
• Must have experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes or similar)
• Must have experience with working with relational databases (Azure SQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL preferred)
• Must have familiarity with logging and monitoring tools
• Must have experience with Agile development environments
• Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities
• Must have effective collaboration and communication skills

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Git and branching strategies

Skills

• .NET technologies
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
• Experience with testing frameworks (xUnit, Jest, etc.)
• Exposure to static code analysis tools (e.g., SonarQube)
• Experience with artifact repositories (NuGet, NPM, Azure Artifacts)

Benefits

• Pay transparency for Colorado applicants: Base salary range is $130,000 to $165,000 USD

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $165,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications.
