DevOps Engineer
About the role
The DevOps Engineer will work closely with our tech & consulting teams to understand project needs and help define & implement solutions that enable us to succeed in our objectives. They will work with AWS technologies like EC2, IAM, S3, CloudFront, RDS, automate repetitive tasks using tools like Puppet, Chef, Docker, Jenkins and/or Ansible, implement and optimize the CI/CD pipeline while accounting for re-usability, performance, and security, build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations, and actively explore and apply AI/ML and agentic AI technologies to DevOps workflows and platform engineering.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with tech & consulting teams to understand project needs and help define & implement solutions
- Work with AWS technologies like EC2, IAM, S3, CloudFront, RDS
- Automate repetitive tasks using tools like Puppet, Chef, Docker, Jenkins and/or Ansible
- Implement and optimize the CI/CD pipeline while accounting for re-usability, performance, and security
- Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations
- Actively explore and apply AI/ML and agentic AI technologies to DevOps workflows and platform engineering
Requirements
- Varying level of experience from strategy to user research, information architecture and visual design
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Enjoy challenges and solve complex client problems
- Proven track record designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Passion for automation, optimization, and productivity
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, able to wear many hats, and generally not bored
Qualifications
- Experience with AWS technologies
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Puppet, Chef, Docker, Jenkins, and Ansible
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices
- Experience with AI/ML and agentic AI technologies
Skills
- Technical proficiency with AWS and related tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies

Pay
Range: $117,000 USD - $160,000 USD
