DevOps Engineer

Position Summary Join our client's DevOps team to support and enhance multiple enterprise application pipelines and workloads. This role involves troubleshooting, automating, and standardizing deployment processes to improve performance, reliability, and security, with occasional deployment support outside of regular hours. Key Responsibilities Support and manage multiple application CI/CD pipelines and OpenShift workloadsTroubleshoot, investigate, and resolve CI/CD and OpenShift failuresOnboard new services and standardize existing deployment patternsAutomate repetitive tasks to increase efficiencyManage vulnerability remediation and security issuesEnhance application performance and reliabilityProvide occasional support for deployments during weekends, as needed Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation fundamentalsStrong troubleshooting skills related to CI/CD and OpenShift environmentsDemonstrated ability to automate solutions and resolve technical issues quicklyAbility to learn new tools and adapt to a complex enterprise settingComfortable working independently with high autonomyExperience working in lean team environments without structured Scrum roles or processes Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible, and OpenShift (or similar)Experience with standard deployment automation practices in enterprise environmentsAbility to operate effectively within a Kanban methodology rather than ScrumStrong problem-solving skills with a focus on reliability and security improvements Why This Opportunity May Be Appealing This role offers the chance to work on challenging enterprise applications within a lean, autonomous team environment.
