DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer (GCP) with 3–5 years of experience for a full-time 1-year contract role. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code.

Job Responsibility

• Build, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth and automated deployments
• Set up and manage monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system visibility
• Ensure prominent levels of application scalability, reliability, and performance
• Collaborate with backend developers and QA teams to streamline the deployment process
• Follow Infrastructure-as-Code practices using tools like Terraform or GCP Deployment Manager
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes (GKE)

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Compute, IAM, VPC, Cloud Run/Cloud Functions
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or GCP Deployment Manager
• Proficiency in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar
• Experience with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes (GKE) for orchestration
