Auria is seeking a dynamic leader in Engineering and Technology solutions for the Department of Defense and civil organizations. We are looking for individuals who bring proven expertise in Software and Systems Engineering, Cyber Solutions, and Specialized Mission Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Engineering and Technology
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience with software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of agile methodologies
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
• Experience with mission operations planning and execution
