About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced DevOps Engineer with good analytical reasoning skills and preferably with experience in application production support teams.
Responsibilities
- Production Support On call and Triage activities
- On call support supporting large scale web applications, Oracle databases.
- Root cause analysis of production incidents, triage, and remediation of incidents.
- FCI Review and Resolution Activities.
- Batch job support
- Gaining SME knowledge on Application Architecture and Flows. Design and monitoring review collaborations.
- Making setup of Monitoring using Splunk and Dynatrace APM.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java/J2EE and/or ASP.NET
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in SQL
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Splunk and APM Dynamics
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Linux commands
- HS Diploma/GED
Qualifications
- Current or previous experience in Application Production Support Teams
- Hands-on experience with Java and .NET ecosystems
- Good communication skills
- Associate’s degree
Pay
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
Schedule
This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days/week onsite in client location in Charlotte, NC.
