What you will do

• Design and operate highly reliable AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters end-to-end, ensuring low-latency performance for real-time voice systems.
• Implement GitOps-driven deployment workflows using ArgoCD and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform to maintain scalable, auditable production environments.
• Surely, you will develop observability systems and lead incident response, writing async Python code to bridge the gap between infrastructure and application logic.

The ideal candidate

• Brings 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering, specifically managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters and AWS environments at scale.
• Possesses strong programming skills in Python, particularly with FastAPI and asynchronous web applications, to build and maintain internal APIs.
• Demonstrates a proven track record in architecting CI/CD pipelines, IAM security, and monitoring solutions within high-pressure, high-growth startups.
