DevOps & AI Platform Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that align with scope, strategy, and key deliverables.
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support effort estimation, obtain necessary approvals, and secure client sign‑offs.
• Proactive risk management to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
• Anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions while balancing project economics with strategic priorities.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong hands‑on expertise in AWS Cloud Architecture and Operations.
• Experience in DevOps, CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes, and ECS/EKS.
• Working experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
• Detailed knowledge of CloudWatch, observability tools, DevSecOps, and cloud security.
• Experience in incident and release management.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Familiarity with AI/GenAI concepts and Amazon Bedrock.
• Stakeholder and team management experience.
• Technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance of platform‑engineering teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education).
• Willingness to relocate and/or travel to the work/project location as needed.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
