About the role

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for advancing cell therapy technology in oncology
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve patient outcomes
• Oversee the integration of new technologies and processes to enhance cell therapy capabilities
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of cell therapy development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as biology, chemistry, or engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in cell therapy research and development
• Proven track record of leading successful projects and driving innovation
• Experience with regulatory affairs and understanding of FDA guidelines

Qualifications
