Device and Process Integration Engineer
About the role
Texas Instruments is seeking an energetic engineer with a passion for process technology to join our team in Lehi, Utah. This position offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement in process technologies for a state-of-the-art 300mm analog and embedded wafer fab.
Responsibilities
- Utilize technical knowledge of semiconductor device physics to enable competitive technology through process and parametric improvements
- Drive process and device improvements through characterization, test, design of experiments, data analysis and simulation
- Own technology parametric performance
- Improve parametric Cpk
- Define and evaluate experiments to improve processes
- Create/review product flows
- Lead cross-functional teams to support the transfer, development, qualification, and manufacturing of advanced analog and embedded technologies
- Work closely with product groups to identify and optimize process performance to meet critical final device parameters
- Plan effectively, drive schedules, meet critical deadlines on multiple tasks in parallel, lead technical discussions in their area of expertise, and work effectively across organizational boundaries
- Communicate project status and actions clearly
- Interface with multiple organizations and work well on a diverse team to accomplish goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years relevant engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in EE/ECE or semiconductor-specific fields such as solid state physics, applied physics, or quantum mechanics
- Knowledge of semiconductor solid state physics (devices and materials)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay
The base pay range for this role is $81,500 - $126,000. Other benefits include a competitive compensation package and a supportive work environment.
