Developmental Progress Coach - RBT (Brighton, CO)

About the Role

We're actively seeking enthusiastic and devoted Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support our clients in achieving their unique goals through one-on-one ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.

Experience in the following areas is a great fit, but not required: education, early childhood development, childcare, babysitting, youth mentorship, teaching assistant roles, after-school programs, camp counseling, behavioral health, mental health, social services, ABA therapy, healthcare support, or supporting a neurodiverse family member. Paid training is provided for those without experience.

Schedule

• All positions start off part-time.
• Services are provided in clients' homes or community-based locations.
• Looking for candidates willing to make a 6-month commitment.
