About the Role

Supports preschool students with developmental and special education needs in an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists the teacher with implementing IEP goals
• Supports classroom routines, communication, and social-emotional learning
• Provides behavior support and personal care, including diapering and bathroom assistance
• Facilitates developmentally appropriate learning activities
• Works collaboratively with teachers and service providers to promote student independence, safety, engagement, and growth
