We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Preserve all substantive info. Include a section only when posting has real specific content. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay and Schedule sections only if posting actually states them. The posting includes Wage: $25/hr to $30/hr. That's pay. Also Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: full-time, typical days Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., overtime may be required. That's schedule. Benefits: Employee Benefits Package details. So we need sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (essential functions), Requirements (education, experience, etc.), Qualifications (maybe competencies?), Skills (maybe computer skills, language, math, reasoning), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. Let's extract content: Summary: "The primary role is to develop and manage a system that produces modern modular single and multi-family home or light commercial designs to a high level of factory completion and provide efficient methods of plant production procedures that support the Company goals and initiatives" Essential Functions list (many bullet-like sentences). We'll turn into

    • . Preferred residential and commercial experience. Competencies list: Leadership, Teamwork Orientation, Technical Capacity, Communication Proficiency, Initiative, Decision Making, Customer/Client Focus. Supervisory Responsibility: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment: description. Physical Demands: description. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., overtime may be required. Travel: primarily not expected, some out-of-area overnight travel may be expected. Education: associate degree (A.A.) in CAD or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 3 to 5 years related experience, or equivalent combination. Previous home construction experience helpful. Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Reasoning Ability, Computer Skills. We need to avoid duplication: Some sections may overlap. We'll structure:

      About the role

      Summary paragraph.

      Responsibilities

      • ...
      (list essential functions)

      Requirements

      maybe include Education and Experience.

      Qualifications

maybe include Additional Eligibility Qualifications (language, math, reasoning, computer skills) and competencies.

      Skills

maybe list specific skills like AutoCAD, Chief Architect, etc. But we already have computer skills. Could combine. But we must not create thin sections. Let's think: We could have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (including education, experience, competencies, skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's 6 sections. We need to ensure each section has substantive content. Let's draft. About the role: use the summary paragraph. Responsibilities: list essential functions (the bullet points). We'll need to condense but preserve all substantive info; we cannot invent or summarize away detail. We need to preserve all substantive information; but we can list each duty as a
    • . That's okay. Qualifications: include Education, Experience, Preferred experience, Competencies, Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Reasoning Ability, Computer Skills. Could be a list. But we need to avoid duplication: The "Additional Eligibility Qualifications" already includes Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Reasoning Ability, Computer Skills. We'll put those under Qualifications. We also have "Preferred residential and commercial experience." and "Supervisory Responsibility: This job has no supervisory responsibilities." That's a statement; we can include under Qualifications maybe. Benefits: list the Employee Benefits Package details. Pay: Wage: $25/hr to $30/hr. Schedule: Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., overtime may be required. Travel: primarily not expected, some out-of-area overnight travel may be expected. We should not include filler like "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." repeated many times; we can keep one instance? The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we should keep only one occurrence of that phrase? It appears multiple times. We'll keep it maybe once under a general note? But we might just omit it entirely because it's boilerplate? It's not exactly boilerplate but it's a standard ADA statement. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The ADA reasonable accommodation statement might be considered legal boilerplate. Safer to remove it. We'll remove all instances of "Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions." Also remove duplicated lines like that. Also remove "AAP/EEO Statement" etc. Also remove "Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover..." etc. Also remove "Work Environment" and "Physical Demands" maybe? Those are substantive? They describe work environment and physical demands; could be considered part of responsibilities or qualifications? But we might keep them under a section like "Working Conditions" but we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No "Work Environment". So we need to incorporate that info elsewhere, maybe under Responsibilities or Qualifications? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could incorporate work environment and physical demands into Responsibilities or Qualifications? Probably better to put them under Responsibilities as they describe what the job entails. But they are not duties; they are conditions. However we can still include them as part of Responsibilities? Might be odd. Another approach: we could create a section "Requirements" for physical demands? But not allowed headings. So we need to fit within allowed headings. Perhaps we can put them under "Qualifications" as they are requirements for the job (physical ability). That seems plausible. Thus Qualifications will include education, experience, competencies, language, math, reasoning, computer skills, physical demands, work environment. But we need to avoid too thin sections. Let's decide: - About the role: summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: essential functions list (duties). - Qualifications: education, experience, preferred experience, supervisory responsibility statement, competencies, language skills, mathematical skills, reasoning ability, computer skills, physical demands, work environment. - Benefits: list. - Pay: wage. - Schedule: hours, overtime, travel. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now we need to format. We'll produce HTML:
