Role Description
Second-level professional position accountable for providing complex analysis and supports to contracted service providers, monitoring compliance of internal and external systems and agencies, and communicating effectively to regional, state, and federal level management. Employees may provide high-level peer support, training and guidance, and/or direct supervision to first-level professionals. Must possess knowledge of statutes, policies, procedures, and regulations related to assigned program operation; knowledge of principles of administration, supervision, monitoring, and accounting systems as related to assigned duties. Ability to interpret and judge compliance with binding authorities.
Responsibilities
- Promote the Department and Division mission, vision, and values in all aspects of service delivery.
- Collaborate with Regional and Statewide Directors to support the team identify areas of enhancement and consistency.
- Monitor Individual Support Plans, amendments, and individualized budgets and provide recommendation of appropriation of funds.
- Be knowledgeable of the Code of State Regulation for Utilization Review, Developmental Disabilities Waiver Manual, and service delivery options.
- Communicate effectively with team members, state and contracted support coordination entities, and contracted provider agencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years of relevant experience (substitutions may be allowed).
