Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics - Faculty

Responsibilities

Duties include patient care as part of the primary referral center for the region, as well as teaching medical students, residents, and trainees in other health professions. The successful candidate will interact with an interdisciplinary team of pediatricians, psychologists, nurses, and developmental therapists dealing with a range of behavioral and developmental disorders. In addition to interprofessional programs in follow-up of high-risk infants and an Autism Diagnostic Clinic, our Division houses one of five state-funded university-based Regional Autism Networks in Alabama. Opportunities exist to develop additional areas of clinical, academic, and scholarly interest within our system.

Requirements

Candidates should be BC/BE in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics or currently in fellowship.
