Responsibilities
- Providing expert care within a multidisciplinary neurodevelopmental team, collaborating with psychologists, NPs, and social workers
- Managing complex neurodevelopmental conditions with support from onsite speech, occupational, and physical therapy services
- Participating in a physician-led health system that emphasizes patient-centered clinical outcomes
- Maintaining clinical autonomy with responsive leadership support
- Contributing to comprehensive pediatric care across a network with over 30 subspecialties
- Engaging in innovative practices to enhance child health and development
- Deliver specialized pediatric behavioral healthcare, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support complex case management within a leading children's health system
Qualifications and Skills
- Board certification or eligibility in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience managing neurodevelopmental disorders preferred
- Commitment to patient-first care and clinical excellence
