Development Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Development Support Engineer to join our Security & IT team. This role will work remotely and will utilize AI tools to support various aspects of the hiring process, including reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, and assessing responses.

Responsibilities

• Support the development team with technical issues and provide guidance on best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new technologies and systems.
• Utilize AI tools to analyze application materials and identify potential inconsistencies or verification signals.
• Assist in the assessment of candidate responses and provide feedback to the recruitment team.
• Participate in regular meetings with the recruitment team to discuss progress and address any concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software development or IT support.
• Strong understanding of programming languages and software development methodologies.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
