Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction TFO)

About the role

This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects and maintain budgets and status reports
• Communicate updates for executive reviews effectively
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create a master development program
• Manage entitlement and permitting processes
• Implement multi-phased development plans to meet time and quality goals
• Write scopes of work for procurement processes
• Evaluate pricing proposals and manage project schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience
• Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction
• Knowledge of Lump Sum, Construction Management @ Risk, and Design Build methods
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
