We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have Position Summary, Key Responsibilities, Minimum Required Education and Experience, Competencies, Working Conditions/Work Schedule, Physical Working Requirements, Travel. Also maybe Benefits? Not present. Pay? Not present. Schedule? Not present (though Working Conditions/Work Schedule includes schedule). We should include sections only if real content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, remove boilerplate (EEO etc). The opening paragraph about equal employment opportunities is boilerplate; remove. Also mission statement? "Our Mission Our Children’s Trust empowers..." That's substantive? It describes mission; could be part of About the role? Might be considered background. We can include as a paragraph under maybe "About the Organization" but not required heading. Since we only output sections when we have heading. Could embed mission in a

before first heading? The instruction: Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /. It didn't forbid having stray paragraphs before headings. But better to include them under a heading like "About the Organization" if content exists. However we have no explicit heading for that. Could treat "Our Mission" as a heading? Not in allowed list. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we must map content to those headings. "About the role" could include position summary and mission? Probably Position Summary fits About the role. So we will put Position Summary under

    About the role

    . Then Responsibilities under

    Responsibilities

with lists. Then Requirements/Qualifications? We have Minimum Required Education and Experience (that's qualifications) and Competencies (skills). Could combine Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction: use headings for those categories if content exists. We have both Minimum Required Education and Experience (qualifications) and Competencies (skills). We'll output

    Qualifications

    for education/experience, and

    Skills

for competencies. Also we have Working Conditions/Work Schedule (schedule) and Physical Working Requirements and Travel. Could combine into Schedule? But schedule is about work hours; we have that. Physical Working Requirements maybe not a standard heading; we could omit if not matching allowed headings. Travel could be part of Schedule? Not exactly. But we could create a

    Schedule

that includes work schedule, travel, physical requirements? However instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state Working Conditions/Work Schedule (includes schedule) and Travel. So we can create Schedule section containing both work schedule and travel and physical requirements? Might be okay but risk of mixing unrelated. Better to create separate sections if they match allowed headings: Schedule (yes), maybe Benefits (no), Pay (no). Physical Working Requirements not in list; we could drop it? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. If we drop it, we lose info. Could we incorporate physical requirements into Schedule section as a paragraph? That would still preserve info. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can combine into Schedule section. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Schedule. Now we need to format lists. Responsibilities: The posting has bullet points under Key Responsibilities with subheadings: Major Gifts and Donor Portfolio Management, Institutional Giving and Foundation Relations, Strategic Market and Donor Development, Leadership, Board, and Volunteer Engagement, Donor Communications and Fundraising Materials, Fundraising Operations and Collaboration. Each has multiple sentences. We need to turn each duty into
  • . Could treat each sentence as list item. But we need to preserve all substantive information; we can break into list items per bullet point (the sentences). We'll create a
      with
    • for each responsibility sentence. Similarly for Qualifications: Minimum Required Education and Experience: list of options. Could be a
        with each option as
      • . Skills: Competencies list: each bullet as
      • . Schedule: We'll have paragraphs for work schedule, travel, physical requirements. Now we need to strip boilerplate: The initial EEO paragraph, also the line "This job description is not designed to cover..." maybe boilerplate; remove. Also "As the development team grows..." is substantive (leadership expectation). Keep. Now produce HTML. Let's craft. First, About the role: include Position Summary and maybe Mission? The mission statement is about organization; could be included as part of About the role. We'll add a

with mission. Position Summary text: "The Development Officer, Major & Institutional Giving will play a key role in growing sustainable philanthropic support for Our Children’s Trust by cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual donors, family foundations, institutional funders, and high-capacity prospects.
