Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate donor and prospect records in Salesforce.
- Process gifts and pledges and ensure timely donor acknowledgments.
- Support donor cultivation and stewardship activities as needed.
- Support the planning and execution of fundraising and donor events, including the Annual Partnership Breakfast, Poker Tournament, and cultivation events.
- Aid in event logistics such as registration, nametags, guest communications, and event materials.
- Support sponsorship fulfillment and attendee tracking.
- Maintain data quality and ensure donor information is complete and up to date.
- Generate reports for fundraising, board, and event-related needs.
- Support the Development team with administrative projects and special assignments as needed.
- Assist Finance department with monthly; quarterly and annual reconciliation and clean up procedures; support with annual audit process.

Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, volunteer, or professional experience in nonprofit organizations, fundraising, events, customer service, or administrative support.
- Strong interest in nonprofit fundraising and mission-driven work.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, Classy, Givesmart or similar platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
