Developer Success Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Developer Success Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will serve as a technical bridge between customers and internal product teams, helping developers succeed with complex integrations and web services. You will troubleshoot issues, debug code, and contribute small fixes that improve the customer experience and product reliability. The position also plays an important role in strengthening documentation and internal processes so stakeholders can work more efficiently. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $116,960 – $171,900 annually Responsibilities Build new features and fix bugs in the company’s products. Serve as a technical resource for customers with product inquiries. Improve documentation and processes for stakeholders. Qualifications Genuine drive to understand customer needs and concerns. Deep curiosity and tenacity for troubleshooting technical issues. Hands-on programming experience in a major language with 2+ years in a support or engineering role. Ability to debug others' code and implement small fixes in existing codebases. Familiarity with modern web services and APIs. Effective communication skills at all levels.
