Developer Relations Manager - AI Natives

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to AI-native companies on application development
• Architect and optimize AI workloads with the company technologies
• Scale training and inference infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency
• Guide startups through architectural decisions for AI systems
• Collaborate with the company teams to influence product roadmap
• Build relationships with key figures in the AI-native ecosystem
• Support the creation of scalable AI application frameworks

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, developer relations, or AI-focused roles
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered products or large-scale cloud services
• Expertise in machine learning infrastructure and real-time AI applications
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, agent frameworks, and inference optimization techniques
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and founders
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences

Pay

$152,000 – $287,500 annually
