About the role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Marketing Manager for the Developer Marketing Team. The role leads the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media and marketing campaigns to grow brand presence within the developer community. The manager will develop and execute strategies that connect with developer audiences, foster loyalty, and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement overall marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns.
• Analyze and monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all assets.

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Proficiency with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables).
• Experience building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead‑generation campaigns using tactics such as live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead‑nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights.
• Experience with Salesforce and Tableau.

Pay

• San Francisco, CA: $137,900 – $186,500 USD annually
• Raleigh, NC: $125,400 – $169,600 USD annually
• New York, NY: $137,900 – $186,500 USD annually
• Seattle, WA: $125,400 – $169,600 USD annually
