About the role

We are looking for a Sr. Anaplan Developer to be part of the global Operations Compensation team. Our team measures and evaluates the employee life cycle by using data to design compensation strategies for hourly employees. The labor market is ever evolving, and we are here to advise on the future of our employee workforce.

Responsibilities

• Solve unique and complex problems at a rapid pace, utilizing the latest technologies to create solutions that are highly scalable.
• Relish working with large volumes of data and enjoy the challenge of simplifying complex problems.
• Design a roadmap and implement technical solutions based on customer feedback.
• Gather data and user requirements and translate those needs into Anaplan enhancements and/or new models.
• Work directly with engineering teams to develop and refine integrations to receive and vend Anaplan data to/from other systems.
• Have expertise in data modeling, ETL design, and business intelligence tools.
• Partner with customers to identify strategic opportunities where improvements in data infrastructure create out-sized business impact.
• Be comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big (while paying careful attention to detail), and enjoy working in a fast-paced team.
