Developer II (Computer Science)

About the role

The role is responsible for managing a team of researchers and overseeing the development of innovative solutions in the field of artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the research and development of AI technologies
• Manage a team of AI researchers and engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in AI research and development
• Experience leading a team of AI professionals
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and neural networks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful project management
• Ability to lead and mentor a diverse team
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in AI
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation

Skills

• Proficiency in Python and other programming languages
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• $100,000 - $150,000 annually
