Key Responsibilities
- Developer Acquisition & Growth
- Design and implement developer growth strategies.
- Identify and scale acquisition channels.
- Developer Engagement & Retention
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver programs.
- Increase stickiness and loyalty through technical content and experiences.
- Analyze key health metrics and develop engagement tactics.
- Product Optimization & Iteration
- Capture feedback and translate it into product requirements.
- Ecosystem Building
- Architect and operationalize the community framework and programs.
- Create a collaborative, inclusive community culture.
- Champion ecosystem-building initiatives.
- Value Conversion
- Design and refine the developer-to-customer conversion funnel.
- Build on-ramps and incentive structures.
Typical Qualifications
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 5-10+ years of experience in developer relations, ecosystem management, technical community building, product marketing, or a closely related role.
- At least 3 years in a leadership/managerial capacity.
- Deep familiarity with the IoT, embedded systems, or wireless module industry.
