About the role

The role is responsible for managing a team of researchers and overseeing projects related to advanced data analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of complex data models and algorithms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analytics solutions into existing systems.
  • Lead project teams in conducting research and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain data integrity.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in data science or related field.
  • Proven track record of leading successful data analytics projects.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with Python, R, and SQL.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing technologies such as Apache Hadoop and Hive.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Skills

  • Data modeling and algorithm development.
