You’re a full-stack developer, maybe even working in the trenches for an ad agency or a software shop. You're (probably!) not a designer, but you've got an eye for what looks good. And dang, that last site you helped put together just felt nice. You're passionate, resilient, and a leader who thrives on solving new problems and keeping an eye on old ones that might crop up for us and the brands we help put online.
Responsibilities
- Work with a distributed agency team using HTML5/CSS3/Javascript, Ruby on Rails, Heroku, Github, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Help build web-based 3D experiences using tools like Three.js.
- Contribute to augmented reality projects.
- Explore web3 technologies.
- Implement artificial intelligence systems like GPT-4.
- Communicate effectively through written and oral means.
Requirements
- A love of big ideas.
- An ability to work within a team rather than prefer working alone.
- A continuous desire to learn new techniques and stay updated with current digital trends.
- Experience working with agency development teams and the ability to adapt quickly between contexts.
- The capability to estimate and deliver work on time.
- The ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- The willingness to speak up when issues arise.
- A positive attitude towards overcoming challenges.
Qualifications
