Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $116,000 – $159,000 annually

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Activate high-intent signups to ensure timely follow-up and guidance on SDK integration
• Provide personalized problem-solving outreach to aid developers in their tasks
• Create tutorials and content that establish a recognizable public voice
• Demonstrate the platform's value by facilitating learning sessions and showcasing successful outcomes
• Develop AI-assisted workflows to enhance outreach efficiency and analyze user engagement
• Feed insights and improve growth strategies based on user experiences and feedback
• Ensure smooth handoffs of sales or support escalations to appropriate teams

Qualifications

• Technical background as a developer, support, or solutions engineer capable of troubleshooting SDK integrations
• Genuine empathy for developers, driven to solve real problems
• Curiosity about business engines: excited to design, measure, and improve activation funnels
• Fluency with AI tools for building custom workflows
• Strong communication skills across writing, video, and live formats
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to evolving expectations
