Responsibilities
- Manage talent acquisition and human resources functions
- Place IT professionals with Government and Commercial clients throughout the United States
- Prepare and equip new recruiters in multiple locations (Virginia, Maryland, Atlanta, Chicago)
- Help one staffing firm achieve #19 on the INC. 500 list
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing talent acquisition and human resources functions
- Proven track record in placing IT professionals with Government and Commercial clients
- Experience in preparing and equipping new recruiters
- Experience in leading a recruiting training team
- Ability to achieve high performance metrics
