About the role

Lisa is currently responsible for managing our talent acquisition and human resources functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent acquisition and human resources functions
• Place IT professionals with Government and Commercial clients throughout the United States
• Prepare and equip new recruiters in multiple locations (Virginia, Maryland, Atlanta, Chicago)
• Help one staffing firm achieve #19 on the INC. 500 list

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing talent acquisition and human resources functions
• Proven track record in placing IT professionals with Government and Commercial clients
• Experience in preparing and equipping new recruiters
• Experience in leading a recruiting training team
• Ability to achieve high performance metrics
