Responsibilities

• Train under experienced guides to learn the role, even with no prior tour guide experience.
• Study provided manuals and scripts to master tour content and deliver excellent guided experiences.
• Lead groups of guests through urban traffic while ensuring the group remains safe and together.
• Provide outstanding hospitality with a warm, attentive demeanor and strong listening skills.
• Maintain composure and a positive attitude, even in stressful or chaotic situations.
• Act as the primary host, leading the group throughout the tour.
• Capture high-quality photos and create lasting memories for guests.

Requirements

• Enjoy cycling and demonstrate strong bike-handling skills.
• Fluent in German and ideally a second language (English).
• Eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
