Responsibilities

• Support Customers — Assist customers via inbound phone calls, live chat, and email.
• Solve Problems — Identify issues quickly and provide effective solutions.
• Build Relationships — Deliver personalized, friendly customer experiences.
• Collaborate — Work closely with a supportive and collaborative global team.
• Grow Together — Share feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English communication skills (written and spoken)
• At least 1 year of customer support experience (remote experience is a plus)
• Bilingual customer service experience is highly preferred
• Experience with platforms like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus, but not required
• Calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented, even in a fast-paced environment

Technical Requirements

• Desktop or laptop with an Intel i5 processor (or equivalent) or better
• Reliable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps download and upload speed
